Foam eartip insertion
• Use a foam eartip if a good seal cannot be obtained with a white eartip which comes in single (standard) size.
• Compress the foam at the end of the earphone by rolling it between your thumb and forefinger before inserting it. Hold the earphone in place for about 5 seconds while the foam expands to create a tight seal.
